483 metres of thrills above the Rappbode Dam.
The Titan RT at the Rappbode Dam is one of the longest pedestrian suspension bridges in the world. At 483 meters long and up to 100 meters above the valley —it’s an experience you won’t soon forget.
The Crossing
The bridge sways gently with every step. Thanks to its grating design, you can see 100 meters down with every step—down to the Rappbode Dam, Germany’s largest dam. The crossing takes about 10–15 minutes, depending on how often you stop to take photos. The view of the dam and the surrounding forests is breathtaking.
Mega Zipline
For an even bigger adrenaline rush, try the double mega-zipline right next to the bridge. Glide at speeds of up to 85 km/h on a zipline spanning 1,000 meters across the Rappbode Valley. Ride side-by-side in pairs—perfect for a shared adventure. The zipline is operated by Harzdrenalin.
Dam Tours
The Rappbode Dam itself is worth a visit. On guided tours, you’ll explore the interior of the 106-meter-high dam and learn all about Germany’s largest drinking water reservoir in the Harz Mountains.
Directions from the Lindnerhof
The Titan RT is about 65 km from the Lindnerhof (approx. 60 minutes by car). Parking is available right by the bridge; it can get crowded on weekends and during vacation periods—it’s worth arriving early.
